What should I do if I don’t feel confortable with my treatment?

If you don't feel comfortable or well during your treatment, please let us know within the first 10 minutes of your service. After this time, no refunds will be allowed. We want you to have the best experience possible at Loft Thai Spa, so please let us know if there is anything we can do to make you more comfortable during your treatment.
